The Coach T.B. Thomas Sports Center will reopen its doors for limited exercise classes beginning Monday, June 15th, 2020. Staff and instructors will be taking precautions to ensure that social distancing guidelines are followed and that facilities remain sanitized. The center is open Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
The exercise classes will be held in the gymnasium at the Coach T.B. Thomas Sports Center to allow more room for social distancing. Cardio Step Aerobics will be held Monday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. Zumba will be held Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. Senior Low Impact and Dance Fitness classes will remain suspended until further notice.
Parks and Recreation Manager Adam Bedard says, “Our staff is very excited to be able to offer some of our regular exercise classes to patrons. We know that these classes are something that many residents look forward to each day and we can’t wait to welcome them back into our facility on Monday.”
The Coach T.B. Thomas Sports Center is a City of Hartsville Parks and Recreation Department facility.
