Hartsville, SC: Due to expected inclement weather from Tropical Storm Debby, the City of Hartsville Administrative Offices will close today at 2:00 PM and will remain closed through Thursday, August 8th, 2024. We are tentatively set to reopen on Friday, August 9th, 2024, at 8:30 AM but that is subject to change. Please stay safe and take necessary precautions.
