Independence Day is the time of year when we love to celebrate our independence with our family and friends, but, unfortunately, it is also one of the deadliest days of the year due to impaired drivers.
Screen on the Green, the City of Hartsville’s free series of summertime movies, will conclude with Guardians of the Galaxy sponsored by Hartsville Police Department and fire department, on Sat., Aug. 11.
