Hartsville’s Master Plan: We Need You!

We’re updating our 2014 Master Plan with a focus on housing, redevelopment, and a new marketing and retail study. Key focus areas will also include the 4th & Railroad Redevelopment Project and the 6th Street Corridor Revitalization Project.  The City will be hosting a three-day charrette event for public input.  Together, with your input, we will boost our city’s connectivity, beauty, functionality and prosperity!
