Kevin Gardner is Hartsville’s Hidden Hero for the month of April. Gardner has been with the City of Hartsville Sanitation Department for 21 years. He currently serves as a laborer and does various jobs as requested for the Sanitation Department. Free Youth Flights at Hartsville Flight Fest

The Hartsville Regional Airport will host the annual Hartsville Flight Fest this weekend, April 5-6, 2019. The event begins on Friday night, April 5th with a showing of Planes on the runway beginning at 7:45 p.m. Pizza will be provided for the movie while supplies last. Sergeant John Specht is Hartsville’s Hidden Hero for the month of March. Sergeant Specht has been with the City of Hartsville Police Department for 25 years. He currently serves the Police Department as a Patrol Sergeant and the Fire Department as a Volunteer Firefighter.
