Kevin Gardner is Hartsville’s Hidden Hero for the month of April. Gardner has been with the City of Hartsville Sanitation Department for 21 years. He currently serves as a laborer and does various jobs as requested for the Sanitation Department. The Hartsville Regional Airport will host the annual Hartsville Flight Fest this weekend, April 5-6, 2019.
