City of Hartsville administrative offices will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 24th-25th, 2022 in observance of Thanksgiving. Regular hours of operation will resume on Monday, November 28th at 8:30 AM.
The City of Hartsville’s online utility payment processing service (MyGovHub) will be undergoing maintenance Saturday, November 19, 2022 – Sunday, November 20, 2022. Online and phone payments may be intermittently unavailable during this time. Payments may still be made at City Hall through the drop box (located at the East Carolina Council Chambers entrance) by check or money order. Please call 343.383.3015 with any questions.
