The Parks Committee acts as a study group to find ways to operate the parks in an efficient and successful manner, enhancing the natural beauty and recreational opportunities of the community. They meet at the Coach T.B. Thomas Sports Center, 701 West Washington Street, Hartsville, SC 29550.
The Main Street Hartsville Advisory Board is tasked with championing business development and historic preservation in the Downtown District. They will meet on February 2nd, at 5:30pm in City Council Chambers as their inaugural meeting. The agenda can be found here.
The Planning Commission is responsible for a continuing planning program for the physical, social, and economic growth, development, and redevelopment of the city. They meet the last Monday of the month at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers.
