The Housing Authority of Hartsville is a policy-making commission which facilitates public and/or Section 8 housing to benefit low income individuals and families in the Hartsville area. The board meets the second Tuesday of every other month at 3:30pm. The meetings are held at South Park Apartments, 1301 South Fifth Street.  Find the agenda here.
