City of Hartsville administrative offices will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 24th-25th, 2022 in observance of Thanksgiving. Regular hours of operation will resume on Monday, November 28th at 8:30 AM.
The 2022 Heart of the Holidays Parade will be held on December 10, 2022 at 3:00 PM. Applications and guidelines are available here: Heart of the Holidays Parade Application. The City of Hartsville will host the Annual Heart of the Holidays Downtown Open House and Centennial Tree Lighting on Thursday, November 17, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Downtown Hartsville will come alive with holiday festivities, late night shopping, Annual Centennial Tree lighting, pictures and visits with Santa, holiday movie on the big screen, along with much more.
Due to expected inclement weather our Annual Veterans Day Celebration will be moved to the TB Thomas Center at 701 W. Washington Street, Hartsville, SC 29550 at 11:00 AM on Friday, November 11, 2022.
