The City of Hartsville Administrative Offices will be closed on Tuesday, November 8th, 2022 in observation of Election Day. Regular hours of operations with resume on Wednesday, November 9th at 8:30 AM.

Sanitation will operate on a regular schedule.

Veterans Day Celebration – Friday, November 11, 2022 – 11:00 AM

Please join us for our Annual Veterans Day Celebration on Friday, November 11, 2022 at 11:00 AM in Burry Park which is located at 131 Cargill Way, Hartsville, SC.  Our keynote speaker will be Emory Waters, Specialist, 82 Airborne Division – Vietnam.  This event is sponsored by the City of Hartsville with the cooperation and support of The Pilot Club of Hartsville, American Legion Post 53, and Representative Robert Williams.

Toys for Kids Application Open

For more than 20 years, the Hartsville Fire Department has been assisting families in need at Christmas with toys for children. This year is no exception! This is a highlight or our year. Our application for assistance is now live. You may submit online or print an application, fill it out, and drop it by the Hartsville Fire Department

The City of Hartsville Announces Treats on the Green Event

 

The City of Hartsville’s Burry Park will be taken over by mummies, bats, princesses, pirates, ghosts, and superheroes walking through the park to find treats on October 23rd from 5:30-7:00 p.m. Businesses and organizations are invited to set up a table to offer treats to the kids that will be in Burry Park for the event at no charge and should sign up at www.mainstreethartsville.org. Hartsville First Responders Invite Community to National Night Out Event

 

The City of Hartsville’s first responders invite the community to join them in Burry Park, 131 Cargill Way, on August 14, 2021 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for National Night Out. Community Easter Eggstravaganza

 

On Saturday, March 27th, the City of Hartsville will host the Community Easter Eggstravaganza in four city parks. This will be a self-guided, at your own pace Egg Hunt that will kick off from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. in Pride Park, Lawton Park, Burry Park, and Byerly Park.

City of Hartsville Announces Reopening of Tourism Facilities

The City of Hartsville will be reopening additional facilities with modified operations. The next phase of reopening includes facilities in the City’s Tourism Department including The Key to Your Hartsville and The Hartsville Museum.
