Main Street Hartsville will host their annual Treats on the Streets event on Thursday, October 24, 2019 from 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Downtown Hartsville will be taken over by mummies, bats, princesses, pirates, ghosts and superheroes walking our streets and finding treats at our downtown shops, restaurants, and businesses.
