Kelley has been with the City of Hartsville for 23 years and is currently the Business Development Manager in the City’s Navigator Department. Hartsville Safe Communities Hosts Ice Cream with a Cop

Hartsville Safe Communities, a division of the Hartsville Police Department, will be hosting Ice Cream with a Cop at South Park Apartments, 1301 S. Fifth Street, on July 25, 2019 from 5-6:30 p.m. Members of the community are invited and welcomed to attend this family-friendly event. Operation Southern Shield 2019

The Hartsville Police Department will be participating in Operation Southern Shield beginning today, July 15th. The operation will run through July 20th and focus on the heavier summertime travel period when the fatality and injury crash rates increase significantly in the southeast.  Enforcement will consist of RADAR/LIDAR use and the use of public safety checkpoints.
