The City of Hartsville Administrative Offices will be closed from 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM on Thursday, December 14, 2023 to allow our employees to enjoy a Christmas Lunch together.
We will reopen promptly at 2:30 PM.

City Administrative Offices to be closed in observance of Thanksgiving

City of Hartsville Administrative Offices will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 23rd – 24th, 2023 in observance of Thanksgiving. Regular hours of operation will resume on Monday, November 27, 2023 at 8:30 AM.

Additionally, residents in Zone 4 (Thursday) trash and yard debris will be collected on Wednesday November 22nd, due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
