There is a 10 bag per business or household limit and you must fill bags yourself. The South Carolina Department of Transportation will hold a Public Information Meeting for proposed intersections improvements at 14th and Washington Streets. This proposed project will replace the current T-intersection with a roundabout that will allow for continuous flow of traffic.
