City Wide Curfew During Hurricane Florence

The City of Hartsville has imposed a city wide curfew effective September 14, 2018 7:00 p.m. through September 15, 2018 7:00 a.m. due to the impending weather conditions associated with Hurricane Florence. As the storm approaches our area, we anticipate hazardous driving conditions due to the rain and high winds. This curfew by the City of Hartsville is in place to protect the residents, visitors, and emergency personnel in the city.
