The City of Hartsville’s online utility payment processing service (MyGovHub) will be undergoing maintenance Saturday, November 19, 2022 – Sunday, November 20, 2022. Online and phone payments may be intermittently unavailable during this time.  Payments may still be made at City Hall through the drop box (located at the East Carolina Council Chambers entrance) by check or money order.
