Register now for the 12th Annual “Walk with the Docs” on Saturday, April 29th. Check in at Davidson Hall on Coker College’s Campus at 9:00 AM with games, inflatables, vendors, and music before the Walk begins. At 10 AM we will begin walking through town and local neighborhoods in honor of area physicians, pharmacists, and nurses. The Walk will be 3 miles long and the funds will be raised for the Free Medical Clinic of Darlington County. Every walker will receive a Walk t-shirt and honoree’s name sign to carry as they walk. All wagons and pets are welcome. Golf carts will be available for anyone needing a ride!
By supporting this fundraiser, you are helping the clinic reach out to people who are trying as hard as they can to weather these health care changing times. The Clinic served 39 more new patients during 2016 and since opening have treated 4,882 people from our community. You can pre-register for this event at either Free Medical Clinic or you can mail the registration form with your check. Come join our volunteer doctors and nurses as we walk together in support of their service!
