The Hartsville Heart of the Holidays Christmas Parade will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 3:00 PM.
To participate please complete the application process. The application and applicable fees should be submitted by Thursday, November 30, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. Late applications will not be accepted.
All fees are Non-Refundable. Entry fees will be returned only if the applicant is not accepted for participation.
