NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Hartsville is soliciting public comment on the Environmental Assessment completed in compliance with all relevant regulations for the conversion of the Lee Street Ballfields and North Hartsville Athletic Fields from public recreation to other uses. The Environmental Assessment addresses the properties to be converted as well as the proposed replacement properties.
The Environmental Assessment is available for review at the Hartsville City Hall located at 100 East Carolina Avenue between 8:30 – 5:00 weekdays. This notice is hereby published on Tuesday, January 2 in the designated public notice board at City Hall, as well as on the City of Hartsville website. All public comment must be received by Friday, January 19th. All comments will be carefully reviewed and any changes made as necessary and appropriate. Substantive comments may result in changes requiring another public comment period.
