The Darlington County Board of Elections and Registration and The City of Hartsville announces the Special Election for The City of Hartsville Council District #6 to be Tuesday, February 19, 2019. Absentee voting is now available through 5:00 pm on Monday, February 18, 2019, at the Darlington County Board of Elections and Registration at 131 Cashua Street, Darlington, SC or by calling 832.398.4900 to request a ballot.
The polling locations will be open from 7 am until 7 pm on February 19, 2019, as follows:
