On July 18th, the City of Hartsville’s Parks and Recreation department will launch its “We Heart Play” Program. This program is a community ou
treach program that will engage the community’s youth in active play. The Hartsville Play Coordinator, Te’Quan Coe, will be at various parks daily from 10 am to noon providing active play programs for participating youth. Daycares, church groups, and interested youth are invited to participate. For large groups, please notify Park staff in advance. Youth must be supervised by a parent or guardian (with parental consent).
